For orders purchased online:

Go to the net and start by entering your email address.

Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "continue."

Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it.

Your refund will be issued once we've received the item(s).
How long will it take to process my return?
Once you receive a confirmation email saying we’ve received your return package, please allow up to a few business days for us to process. You will then receive a confirmation email for your refund. It will then take an additional a few business days for your bank to generate your refund.
